ช่วงนี้ข่าวลือมากมายจะฟังอะไรจะแชร์อะไรก็ลองพิจารณากันก่อนนะคะ คำว่า ข่าวลือ ภาษาอังกฤษคือ rumor (American English) หรือ rumour (British English) อ่านเหมือนกันคือ รู-เม่อร์ ค่ะ สำหรับชะนีขี้เม้าท์ขอนำเสนอสำนวน "rumor has it" ซึ่งคล้ายๆ กับเวลาเราพูดว่า "เค้าว่ากันว่า..." ก่อนจะเข้าเรื่องเม้าท์สนั่นโลก ตัวอย่างเช่น Rumor has it she just broke up with her boyfriend เค้าว่ากันว่านางเพิ่งเลิกกับแฟนค่าาาาาาาาา เป็นต้น
