อีกหนึ่งคำที่เรามักสับสนและใช้สลับกันบ่อยคือคำ ว่า angel, angle และ ankle ทั้งสามคำมีความหมายที่ต่างกันมากค่ะ คำว่า angel (แองเจิ้ล) หมายถึงนางฟ้า angle (แองเกิ้ล) หมายถึงมุม และ ankle (แองเคิ่ล) หมายถึงข้อเท้า สำนวน You're an angel มักใช้กันบ่อย ในภาษาอังกฤษเวลาที่ใครทำดีกับเราและเราต้องการชมว่าเค้าเป็นเหมือนนางฟ้า เช่น Thanks for your help.
