Happy Chinese New Year ค่ะทุกๆ คน วันนี้พี่น้องชาวไทยเชื้อสายจีนทำพิธีไหว้บรรพบุุรุษ ส่งไอโฟน ไอแพ็ด กระเป๋า ไปให้อาม่า อากง อาเหล่าม่าใช้กันยกใหญ่ พิธีไหว้บรรพบุรุษในภาษาฝรั่งเค้าเรียกว่า "ancestor worship" อ่านว่า แอน-เซ็ส-เต้อร์ เวอร์-ชิป คำว่า ancestor แปลว่า บรรพบุรุษ ส่วนคำว่า worship แปลว่าบูชา อย่าเผลอเสี่ยวอ่านว่า วอร์-ชิป นะคะ การอ่านที่ถูกต้องคือ เวอร์-ชิป ค่ะ เพราะถ้าหากอ่านว่า วอร์-ชิป เดี๋ยวฝรั่งจะเข้าใจว่าเรือรบแทนนะคะ (war ship)
